My 1st ESO students and I have created this wiki in order to upload this year's (2010/11) projects . We've done lots of work related to new technologies in our English lessons. We've used different applications such as Google Docs, Windows Movie Maker, Audacity and others to create presentations, videos and then share them with other students and teachers. We've also made use of the school's digital whiteboards and different useful websites to work online in class and at home. The final project has been creating a blog, each student had to upload their two main projects which they had done in the two previous terms. Not only that, we've kept in contact using email and this wiki to assess the work and give some feedback. Our aim is to include new technologies in our lessons without focusing all the attention on them. This means that they must be part of our daily practise and consequently students should not notice their presence. This is not easy at the beginning but it is worth trying. Well, this is just an example of what our English lessons have been this year. I hope it is useful for those who dare to accept the challenge. Enjoy!!!
